Hi, I have been looking on the net for some techniques during the last week before a show to reduce water retention. The technique that mostly comes up is increasing you water intake from days 1-5 starting at maybe 2 litres and ending up at 5 litres. Then on the last two days start cutting your water back and eliminating all foods that contain sodium. This technique supposedly get's rid of the excess water in you body...
Does anyone have any advice on this or something else I should be doing??
