Nothing better than OH gripBIg pull, and squeezing thie shit out of your back on contraction, forcing blood into the area.. then a controlled negative.... makes me smile every time...and not in a good way
i was told that underhand grip targets more of the middle/lower part of the back.
i know i feel it there more compared to overhand, which i feel in the top part of my back
Dorian Yates loved the reversed grip BB rows - until he damaged his bicep doing them.
I used to love BB rows with both grips, but some how I developed a strain in my left forearm that gets aggravated when I do them. I've been sticking with sissy machine rows for awhile now
