Weed used to make me go out and have fun and live great. Now when i smoke all i want to do is be alone or just be lazy, doesn't work anymore for me.

Does liquor have any less impact on body fat than beer?

Looks like you may have to make a choice between moderation and the BBing lifestyle.

If you have great genetics, you may still look good going out and caning it on the weekends.

If you are serious about BBing, then you do have to live a much healthier lifestyle than the majority of the population.

Wine is probably the best health wise. Otherwise liquor, no mixer or diet mixer, but again, all in moderation.

Also, if you eat anything with loads of fat after, well, alcohol dominates metabolic pathways, so fat isn't metabolised, but stored usually after alcohol.

Vodka, water and a few lime wedges is not bad, and vodka is one of the cleanest liqours. it's a bit strong but after 3 or 4 it goes down just as easy as anything else.

but ya liqour is bad when training, it always seems to fuck up my next day for training and for dieting, I'm taking it out completely now.

Persoanlly I hate the taste of beer, I like Rum and Cola. I counted it 1 Night that i got over 1000 cals from the drinks themselves.

And if your lucky at the party/whatever if they have any chicken or meat to eat, hook in. I did this it seemed to have only a positive effect on my body.
Weird eh?

Why not mix the rum with coke zero or pepsi max and 1/2 ur cals

Thats a decent idea, But I usually by the Pre-mixed stuff.
But Buying rum straight will probably save me some $$ in the long run.
