i just accepted a fight at the next battle of brooklyn...... appearently the dude has an impressive record and we are going for a title.... should be interesting..... so i guess i should start working out.... my schedule is crazy but i'll figure out a way to fit it all in.......

Warm-up

-Snatch Balance - 5@45
-Power Snatch from hang - 5@65
Snatch - 5x3@85 - focus on speed rather than movin alot of weight
HS Pulldowns - 3x10@55
HS Chest Press - 3x10@45

Mon 9-18
KB Swings - 2x10@24kg
KB C&P - 2x5@24kg
KB SeeSaw Floor Press - 2x8@16kg
KB Upright Row - 2x10@24kg
KB SeeSaw Press w/twist - 2x10@16kg

They seem to wanna make a big deal out of this.... i'm once again the underdog..... love it when they root against me......

just now got an e-mail from a friend of mine that coaches at another gym..... appearently the guy i'm fighting is "fucking good"....... well.... i'm going to go workout now...

I heard that he's a waste of skin, learned to fight off the back of a crackerjack box, and does crystal meth for cardio. THAT is what you should be telling yourself.

AM workout
Warm up - 10 mins
20 jumpingjacks + 10 DB squat thrusts x 3rds @ 2 mins
5 min bagwork
Padwork - 3rds @ 2 mins
held pads for 3 rounds
ab work w/med ball

PM workout
Warm up - 5 mins
Squats - 2x8@95 - focus on depth
2x8@135 - focus on depth
DB inverted toe touch - 2x8@20
