Had trouble getting on EF today ...
10AM: 30 min. cardio on empty
11AM: 6 egg whites, 1 tbsp flax seeds
1:30: 6 oz chk, 1 cup broc
3:30: 6 oz chk, 1 tbsp flax seeds
5:00: Chest

6:30: 1.5 scoops whey in water
8:00: 6 oz chk, 1 tbsp flax seeds
10:00: 2 scoops whey, 1 tbsp flax oil
