Stand in the Cable Rack with a D-ring on each side in the lowest position....pull up with each arm, crossing your hands in front of you.....

11AM: 6 egg whites, 1 tbsp flax seeds
1:30: 6 oz chk, 1 cup broc

30x18, 40x14, 50x12, 30x20

incline smith machine (weight doesn't include machine)
50x16, 70x14, 90x12, 70x12

pec deck
45x20, 60x15, 75x12,

cable pull-up thingys
20x15, 25x12, 25x14


6:30: 1.5 scoops whey in water
8:00: 6 oz chk, 1 tbsp flax seeds
10:00: 2 scoops whey, 1 tbsp flax oil

Totals....
Cals....1441
Pro.....245
Carbs..42 (20 fiber)
Fat.....34

8:15: 4 egg whites, 1/2 cup oats
12:00: 4 oz chk, 4 oz yam

2PM: 30 min. cardio

4:00: 4 oz chk, 4 oz yam
6:00: 4 egg whites, 1/2 cup oats
9:00: 4oz chk, 1 cup brocc

10:00: Back

T-bar rows w/ chest support
25x16, 35x14, 45x12, 45x12

seated cable rows
80x16, 90x14, 100x12, 80x14

pullover machine
45x18, 70x12, 70x12, 45x16

hyperextensions
3 sets of 15 w/ 10# plate


11:30: 5 egg whites
1:00: 4 oz chk, 2 tsp flax oil

That is really good!! I'm hoping to be able to get back to doing 40lb DBs soon....wow, still impressed on the 50s....
