Hey I'm with SG on this one... The scales haven't moved in about two weeks for me either, but I can tell you right now all my belts are atleast a notch tighter if not two ;) So your just getting some muscle is all... keep up the kick @$$ job, you look GREAT!!!!

10:30: 2 scoops whey in water
1:30: 4 oz chk, 5 oz yam
4:00: 4 oz chk, 5 oz yam
6:00: 1 cup brocc, 4 oz chk
9:30: 6 ox chk, 1 tbsp flax seeds

Totals...

Ahhhh rest DAY :) Today is my rest day... I only have two sessions of cardio no weights!!

I try to take at least one complete rest day out of the week. I can feel that my body really needs it too. I slept terrible last night.

I know all about bad sleep!!!! Last night was o.k... kinda humid though! Hope you had a good day of :heart:

11:00: 45 min. cardio on empty

12:00: 1.5 scoops whey + 1/2 cup oats
3:00: 4 oz chk, 5 oz yam
6:00: 4 egg whites, 5 oz yam
9:30: 7 egg whites

10:00: Tris and calves

french press w/ curl bar
20x20, 30x18, 40x16, 50x14

cable pull-downs
30x20, 40x16, 50x12, 30x18

seated calf raises
45x20 (3 sets)

donkey raises
200x20 (3 sets)

45 degree machine
90x20 (3 sets)


11PM: 2 scoops whey in water
12:30: 4 oz chk, 1 tbsp flax seeds
