I did that last night due to lack of time. :) I have been doing arms and then shoulders and calves together.. but I actually prefer to split arms up when I'm bulking.

10:30: 5 egg whites, 1/2 cup oats
1:30: 1.5 scoops whey in water
3:30:4 oz chk, 5 oz yam
7:00: 4 oz chk, 5 oz yam

8:30: Shoulders and Bis

db press
20x18, 25x15, 30x12, 20x14

db front raises
12x20, 15x15, 20x10

reverse grip barbell curls
20x20, 30x16, 40x12, 30 x14

hammer curls
15x12, 20x8, 15x10


9:30: 1.5 scoops whey in water
11:30: 5 egg whites, 2 tbsp flax seeds

Totals...

Carbs..125 (22 fiber)

Day 1 No Carb

11:00: 1.5 scoops whey + 1 tbsp flax oil

1:00: Abs and ass + 30 min cardio

3:00: 5 egg whites, 1 cup brocc
5:30: 6 oz. chk, 1 cup brocc
8:30: 4 oz chk, 1 tbsp flax seeds
10:30: 6 oz chk, 1 cup brocc
12:30: 1.5 scoops whey + 1 tbsp flax oil

Totals...
Cals....1333
Pro.....214
Carbs..35 (12g fiber)
Fat.....39

Had trouble getting on EF today ... :rolleyes:

10AM: 30 min. cardio on empty


11AM: 6 egg whites, 1 tbsp flax seeds
1:30: 6 oz chk, 1 cup broc
3:30: 6 oz chk, 1 tbsp flax seeds

5:00: Chest
flat bench db
30x18, 40x14, 50x12, 30x20

incline smith machine (weight doesn't include machine)
50x16, 70x14, 90x12, 70x12

pec deck
45x20, 60x15, 75x12,

cable pull-up thingys
20x15, 25x12, 25x14


6:30: 1.5 scoops whey in water
8:00: 6 oz chk, 1 tbsp flax seeds
10:00: 2 scoops whey, 1 tbsp flax oil

Totals....
Cals....1441
Pro.....245
Carbs..42 (20 fiber)

Hey, BG.....what are cable pull up thingies? I'm assuming it has something to do with chest......but I'm not grasping right now - lol

Lower Cable Pulls maybe??

Stand in the Cable Rack with a D-ring on each side in the lowest position....pull up with each arm, crossing your hands in front of you.....
