Low pulley delt raise: 20 x 12 x 2, 27.5 x 10 x 2, last set 3 negative focused

Side lateral raises DB: 15 x 12, 17.5 x 10 x 3 + 3 half raises last set, love the grunting

Reverse DB Flies: 30 x 12, 27.5 x 10+2 half raises, 25 x 10 x 2 +3 half raises each set

Tricep Pushdown: 70 x 12, 90 x 12, 00 x 12 x 2, 90 x 12 +4 negative focused

Laying Tri Ext w/bar: 50 x 10 x 4

Seated Tri Ext: 35 x 12, 50 x 10 x 3, 50 x 9 fail

I am proud.. but not yet satisfied.. Still got a bit more fat to lose.. I'm trying to find a place that does Bodpod or water tank body fat measurements to find out exactly where I'm at by the end of the comp.

Guys.. my apologies for not updating.. I won't be able to update a lot for almost a week.

To make it short. I'm losing my place and my relationship has hit a very rough patch.. I have til the end of the month to find another place.. and not many people are qualifying two non-working and non-receiving unemployment applicants... and maybe just myself with the way things are going.

Thursday I did fasted cardio in the morning and was wanting to go back but this stuff hit the fan...

I'm not going to have access to internet or gym either.. I'm going to see if I can go to a friends place and do p90x and use weights. I don't know if he has a bar, just dumbells..

I'll try and keep in touch daily, but can't promise anything for a week or two.

Quick update.

Last few days did some p90x routines.. Chest/back, arms/shoulders, legs/back.

Today I went with my friend to his crossfit, you get two guest days to try it out.

WU: 10 pullups, 10 pushups, 10 squats x 2.

I did the 'newbie' workout.

2 sets of:
10 pullups
15 military pushups (chest to ground)
20 situps
30 low squats

finished in 6 minutes... I was a little sore still from yesterday and my abs from the situps were burnt.. fully rested I probably could get that done in 4.30 to 5 mins I"m guessing, good workout though.

Then did row machine 1000m in 4 mins.. my legs were toast.

Still going strong with everything... veins are becoming much more noticeable even when not working out.. I'll see if I can borrow a video camara and make some movies... I'm down 3 inches off my waist.. weight is 234.
 
hey bader, I like your blog and it is interesting to follow your progress... I like your initial post too where you fully posted all your stats. I'm not a platinum member so I can't view pics or anything like that but I just wanted to say I liked how you laid out your stats and diet your planning on sticking to. at the end of this are you going to bod pod it to get another accurate bf% reading?
