well that is an idea there... grow more muscle to fill out your loose skin...
if you look at recent pics of Arnold, he has very loose skin... im guessing because he has lost a very large ammount of muscle...
if i were you, i would not give op on it yet, as you may be able to grow into your skin... it may take more time than we have on this competition, but you are heading in the right direction...
tanning can also help tighten the skin, im not certain, but with that in mind, maybe a peptide like melanotan 2 could do you some good... you may want to look into that...
never give up, anything is possible...
 
Yeah.. very true Moya.. I get to look at the long term of this. This year will be the year my body changes completely. It's going to take some time to fill out... I always hear people say the stretch marks are battle wounds and show the dedication of their change, so I'll just have to look at this positively til I do get bigger size. I'm just my impatient self I guess.. hehe. Thanks for the positive comments. I do tan regularly.. once to twice a week. I'm going to go more often finishing up this to look pretty good for last pics. With the nutrition macros I have, it's great that I'm still putting on muscle size while losing fat.. a definite win/win.. but I wish I could of started with one goal or the other and didn't need to do both. Muscle growth like crazy or just shedding fat with already good muscle size.. but I guess mine is the ultimate transformation to do both! :D I hope people don't get me wrong, I'm very happy with what I see in the mirror already, in fact, it's amazing to see changes in just 6 weeks. It feels like a long time but just a month and a half! I just know that I'm not satisfied and I'm dedicated to the end of my personal transformation.. I'll probably start a different log after the competition to continue my journey.
 
And bro you gonna change big time too. With your killa attitude and your work ethic your own mother wouldnt know you by the end of this year. Hell by the end of this comp. Bro you see yourself everyday so you dont see the changes in you that we all see.
You are getting there man. You keep doing what youre doing and you will be gr8!

Rack Pulls: WU 95 x 10, 135 x 10

By the end of the 4th set on rack pulls I was aching.. I grunted through the 5th, had to take a mini break.

30 mins treadmill spd 3.1 incline 3.0 HR 145

Man I get pumped on those chinups, felt great. Little sore today. Getting ready to kill it again.

Sweat was a pooring today. Everything felt great all around.. My shoulder wasn't feeling too great, so I went a little lighter on shoulder presses, but it still got me pretty good. Doing flies in miror I loved the way my figure looked, my lats from the rows were pumped, and my arms looked cut. Slowly the veins are coming out more. But tend to only be when working out still. Skin around abs feel a little tighter.

Cable tricep pressdowns: 50 x 12r x 2s, 47.5 x 12r x 2s

Single concentrated curls: 35 x 10, 35 x 5 +3 negatives

21's: 25 pounds, 7 high 7 low, 15 pounds 7 wide

Tabata HIIT squat thrusts. Used 3lbs dbs for 6 sets, dropped for last 2.

20 min recumbent bike: resistance 8, RPM 60, HR 135

Mmmm.. arms were PUMPED like never before.. Veins were impressive.. those squats.. holy cow.. i'd rather do that than squat 250lbs, it gets me pumped.. my hams, quads, and ass are tight and I'm gasping for air and wanting to puke and dying for water every time. I love it.

Might go back tonight for some extra cardio and a tan.

bader I love coming over here and seeing your weekly progression. You know even tho your are the new guy you are an inspiration to all of us. I really dont know of anybody else that even remotely likes doing Tabota protocol work.

I changed Deads for squats this week, felt like something else..

Squats: WU Front w/bar 20, regular w/bar 20.
Focused on depth here: 135 x 10r x 3s.. my butt was maybe a 12 -16 inches off the ground, well past parallel. The last set was tough, butt was very tight. My lower back and quads were feeling good after this.

Wide grip upright rows w/BB: WU 20 w/bar, 95 x 10
75 x 12 x 3

Bent over DB Shrugs: WU 50 x10
65 x 12 x 4

30 mins precor free elliptical: HR 145

So.. I'm doing sets of 10-12 now, but man my strength just seems to be dropping compared to two weeks ago... I tried doing 95 again for the 3 x10 but after 4 I just couldn't get it up.. very disappointed.. I'm thinking that my body has gotten accustomed to my macros/nutrition and now I need to get in more fast acting carbs to get some energy. I drink N2KTS 1-2 scoops preworkout. For the last month I'm going to see about changing my macros and adding some more clean carbs. I'm hoping that demolishing fat the past 2 months my body will put it to muscle and not go back to fat. I'm 500-700 calories negative daily so I doubt I'd put fat on at this point. Maybe I get to talk to some experts on this.. if anyone knows what I could do feel free to post or PM me.
