Cable Crossovers: FST style, 30 second rests

Serious pump, felt amazing. Man I wish I was lower BF, my side pecs would just pop out.
Did a bunch of bicep curl variations.. hehe, great pump, but not gonna write them all.
So my DB press has dropped about 20 pounds. Feh.
