Honestly I have no idea. My mom called me it for a long time since I was just a baby and it just stuck. It's only a family nickname. My friends don't really have a nickname for me. It's always been Big "insert something here" dawg, foot, or k-dog.

Incline DB Bench Press:
35 x 10
45 x 10 30 degrees
45 x 10 45 degrees
55 x 10 30 degrees
55 x 9 45 degrees fail

Cable Crossovers: FST style, 30 second rests
45 x 12

45 x 10
40 x 12

35 x 12

Serious pump, felt amazing. Man I wish I was lower BF, my side pecs would just pop out.

Did a bunch of bicep curl variations.. hehe, great pump, but not gonna write them all.

So my DB press has dropped about 20 pounds. Feh.

Wide grip cable pull downs:
120 x 10
160 x 10
190 x 6 fail
150 x 8 dropset
120 x 8

One arm DB Rows:
65 x 10
95 x 10
115 x 8 fail PR
115 x 5 fail just for kicks

Close Grip Seated Cable Rows:
140 x 10
190 x 10
230 x 7 fail PR
170 x 8

Rack Pulls:
275 x 4
325 x 3
345 x 3 straps (went for four and just missed locking it)

One hour of DEATH.. err spinning. Jeeeezus. I hope that made me lose 5 pounds of at, cause I need it for these photos.
 
Got to love that fst7 pump lol. Looking good bro. Way to keep killing it.
 
Did shoulders tris and a little bit of bis today. Nothing special to note. Got a good pump. I'm feeling fuller in my muscles this past week. But sure haven't lose the doughy look. Not nearly as low bf as last year. My abs aren't showing at all...

Though my muscles do look bigger than last year. Pretty sure I've gained some size and kept most of it.
 
I'm a bit doughy too as well bro. Thought I would at least have top 4 showing but still a bit of pudge over it. No worries you will get there bro.

Lmao! My progress has slowed.. 12.5% I think now.. And I still can't spread my lats!
