Hey guys.. a few days since update.. my apologies. Dealing with funeral service, my girls family being in town.. I got a little exercise in, and basically killed myself not eating the amazing funeral food desserts and family get-togethers meals.. luckily they all know I'm pretty serious in my body transformation quest and make me things on the side I can eat! That's so awesome, and I thank them generously for looking out for me.
