Dude you are so coming along. You see yourself everyday so you loose sight of it all. Man you really are changing and pretty dam quickly too bro. You keep you ass in that gym and you stick to your diet. You are doing just FINE!
 
So.. today was my 3rd test pin and 5th tren.

Test as always, Gentlemen's Club smoooth as warm butta! Tren ace very smooth, its the little bite afterwards, but a little heat pack and soft rubbing and no problems.

So far, sides have been very very manageable if not even noticeable. One time right after a tren inject I had a coughing fit for a couple mins, but after reading it seems like it was just due to injecting a little too fast. No night sweats or insomnia, but I wake up occasionally at random but get back to bed pretty quick.

GCA is some great gear.

Weight 239.5 (eep!)

WU stepper 10 mins HR 140

DIPS: 4 x 10 (I'm thinking I'm pretty close to parallel now?)

One arm DB rows: 45 x 12, 55 x 10, 65 x 10 (+20 from last one)

Tricep Pushdown w/rope: 45 x 10 x 3

Lat Cable Pulldown: 55 x 10, 45 x 10, 45 x 10

Seated Tricep Extension: 45 x 12, 50 x 10, 50 x 7 (fail)

Laying tricep extension just to burnout with 15s, didn't count.

20 mins treadmill, 2.5 spd, 6.0 incline, 145 HR

Triceps and arms looked great in the mirror. Getting some good mass finally in the arms.. hopefully that's where my weights going..

I'm curious about anyone else.. but my bowls have lessened to once a day vs. 3-5 x a day. I'm going to take some tea to help if I'm really backed up (I don't feel like I am however). Is anyone else with such clean eating seeing a reduce in bowls too? I'm hoping my body is just using a lot more of what I'm giving it and there's not much left for waste? Sorry if this is TMI for others.. it was something I just started noticing a few days ago and was wondering if anyone else has experienced this?

I know I don't talk much about my diet.. but it's pretty much that I haven't cheated at all, my girl can attest to that, she's pretty amazed by it. I do miss bread though.. evil evil bread.. she has to make cinnamon toast in the mornings.. ugh.

Upper body isn't too bad. My biceps have a bitof stretch marks, armpit area, my middle back as seen in pics. The worst is my lower abs, hips and lower back as seen in pics. Oh and inner thighs.

But thanks Radar, I'd love any help I can get at that stage! :D

Workout 2/24/11
Weight: 239 (today felt really lean, couldn't stop feeling the thinness between skin and abs.. I hope they start popping out soon)

WU 10 min elliptical, HR 140

So.. before I tell you my workout.. I am proud of this workout.. I almost wanted to throw up by the end... I will note however, that my lower back has been EXTREMELY tight and sore since Monday (even with icing, heating, and massage) it's still really feeling weak.. so I listened to my body and pushed it to what I felt I should without making anything worse.

20 front squats w/ bar
20 reg squats w/ bar

Deadlifts: 135 x 10, 135 x 10 (this is all I could do with back pumps and soreness still.. I wanted to make it through the rest with good numbers)

Wide grip upright rows BB: WU 95 x 10, 115 x 10
125 x 3r x 10s, 95 x 8 fail, 95 x 6 fail
(25 pounds more than last week)

Bent over DB Shrugs: WU 40 x 10, 60 x 10
80 x 3r x 10s, 55 x 20 burnout
(umm.. 30 more pounds from last week?)

HIIT tabata squat thrusts w/ 10lb DB
20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest, 4 minutes total: 8 sets.
1st set x 14
2nd set x 12
3rd set x 12
4th set x 10
(no more DB, shoulders freaking dead already)
5th set x 16
6th set x 12
7th set x 9
8th set x 8

Quads BURNING, lower back aching... this is where I could of puked... I can barely walk up/down stairs without my legs wanting to cramp and literally fail.

Walked on treadmill at 2.0 spd 1.0 incline (that's all I could manage..) for 20 mins.

Veins still aren't showing out the skin on forearms, but I can see them on heavy lifts.. maybe a week or two more...

I loved today.. it felt amazing. I know I'm going to be sore.
