For those of you with the following topic issues I have a tool for you to try that is a great price especially if you can't afford a massage therapist!

http://www.themaroller.com/id4.html

I bought one a few days ago... and used it twice so far. Once for 20 minutes 2 days ago, and once again for 30 minutes last night. I woke up sick this morning. Side affects of a deep tissue massage without drinking water. It works deeper into my back then any Massage Therapist has ever been able to go or sustain. I'm going to keep progressing my way with this. Today was the first morning I have waken up not going to physical therapy the day before, and had no low back pain = NONE. I will warn my neck is achey, and I also have a slight headache, again part of deep tissue massage. I have not been able to work my whole back at this point as every point along my spine is tender and if you read the article you will learn more. I also feel that this would be a great instrument for those who have headaches and migraines a lot, and those who hold stress in their shoulders (Bunny... SBT... cough cough)

If you want to know how it's working for me I'll post some updates in my log if you care to read.

If you do purchase one please keep me posted on your progress with it. If you do use it, I did not read where it says to drink water, but I'm telling you DO drink lots of water afterwards!! Also progress slowly, to much is not good.

No prob.. and for clarity purposes I am not affiliated with that website or the roller itself.. just trying to help and that was the first site I saw it on.

omg!

I would have purchased that the second i viewed the website if it wasn't for the price tag :worried:

Looks like a great roller :)

Mine cost $41 I got it through the school. You may be able to search your area or massage therapy schools or places that carry massage stuff and then the shipping price would be cut off. Again I got mine at wholesale cost so even on the site $50-$10 = $40 is the same as what I paid. I just didn't have the $12 shipping charge. Without the discount the school charges $54. So that deal online with shipping is even better then what my school would charge.

I have something similar with about four rollers attached and spinny things, will it do the same thing?
