[FONT=&quot]What is the recommended dose of B5 each day to keep acne at bay? I've had trouble with acne since 15 and I still have it on my face. Use all sorts of soaps, moisturizers and prescribed topicals, but it's very tenacious. My demonologist NEVER mentioned B5 before but I thought I'd give it a shot![/FONT]

I would start at around 5 to 10mg a day and see how that goes.
