I started "messing around" with weights when I was 17, but got religious about it a year later at 18. My diet wasn't serious, however, until a couple of years ago, at age 21.

After gettin my ass kicked all year sophomore year in football i came out and began to train extremely hard. Came back the next year among the strongest guys in my class and kicked ass in football!

ready for this

ok guys i am 32 yrs old and started lifting last year never lifted before that at all and have never been better that i can remember

started seriously lifting when i was 12. i had a schedule and went as heavy as I could. which starting was i think a 100lb bench.

about 15 I loved going to weights in school, it was nice to be the strongest mofo for the most part

I asked my parents for some weights when i was like 12, my dad bought me those rubber weights that you carry while you jog, i said "Pop what the hell is this" he gave me this lecture on stunting my growth and bla bla bla. So i decided to become a Mgivre lifter, i filled my back pack up with a bunch of bs and did bicep curls all day. Finally when i was 14 my parents gave me my first gym membership to a golds gym that was walking distance from my house, the rest is history
