thanks guys,
I used to do abs every single day and i saw results, so im gonna keep doing it...
from now on i'll do legs once a week...

as for food in take i always have 5 meals a day of proper foods [rice,chicken,tuna,pasta..blab blab] , with no supps. i try to keep myself full of food all the time.


-- i dont wanna take more time off to rest because i dont like NOT going to the gym and sitting on my ass at home..but is that a bad thing?!? and isent 24-28 hours enought time to recover?!?
 
I am guessing that you are a novice. No offense...but people do not get huge from that type of routine. Relax, enjoy life, enjoy your free time.

youre just excited to be training, you will find that growth happens OUTSIDE the gym, and not when working out. the stimulus is training, the growth is highly individual and also subject to you working the muscle directly and also INDIRECTLY.

rethink your program as to what bodyparts are working when and then you will see how much work is being done actually. both indirect and directly.

would this be better:

Monday: (3.15 pm - 4.00pm) Chest

Tuesday: (12.30pm - 1.30pm) Tris/shoulders/back

Wens: REST!!

Thurs:1st workout (12.30pm - 1.30pm) Abs
2nd workout (3.15 pm - 4.00pm) bis/Forearms

Friday: (3.15pm - 4.00pm) Legs

Sat: REST!!

Sun: (1.30pm - 2.00pm) Abs
