thanks guys,
I used to do abs every single day and i saw results, so im gonna keep doing it...
from now on i'll do legs once a week...
as for food in take i always have 5 meals a day of proper foods [rice,chicken,tuna,pasta..blab blab] , with no supps. i try to keep myself full of food all the time.
-- i dont wanna take more time off to rest because i dont like NOT going to the gym and sitting on my ass at home..but is that a bad thing?!? and isent 24-28 hours enought time to recover?!?
