Anyone used GNC Pro-Performance Protein

It is pretty cheap, but I am having paranoid thoughts that it has no protein in it. I never noticed any difference while I was taking GNC shakes as opposed to just eating. Anyone use this type of protein or should I get a brand name like Optimum or Nitrotech?

Eat as much as you can, try muscle milk from cyto sport, and supplement with an amino acid

I've been using GNC's brand for quite a while. Seems to work for me. I cut down to one shake a day. Trying to get more real food in. The vanilla tastes pretty good.

muscle milk = yummy!!! try ast products, the nytro pro and vp2 are solid. i believe that elitefts endorses ast and beverly products.

I can get 10 lbs of Gnc protein for only $60 with the Gnc card (2 tubs 5 lbs each).. ast and beverly probably more expensive, and have to pay for shipping and time for it to come here...

If you add in some ice cream, a little bit of malt powder, and some chocolate syrup...it makes it MUCH better!!!
