Anyone use Cidoteston amps with results?

I recieved a few from a friend but from what I have read they might not be legit...

This is the first bit of positive news I have heard about it. Everyone keeps saying something different. Anyone recently (last few months) use it? I did NOT recieve any boxes with it.

I used mine well over a year ago. I have heard of them being faked since. Something about the font or color of the text as the giveaway.
