That book was my beginners manual when I started. Actually I had the original book, but this one has the addition of a few new things, as well as pictures of Lee Priest, so that makes it worth evern more. I would have to agree with the other people who said that it could lean a bit more towards the overtraining side with some of the workouts, but people can definitly change the workouts to their needs; you know give or take.
