I agree, I head it takes quite some time to heal up. How bad would it be if you ate a spoon full of salt with a newly split tounge?

i was mixing 1/4 tsp sea salt with 8oz water and rinsing with it daily when my tounge got peirced. it just tasted bad.

the only thing that bugged me was eating spaghetti a few days after i got my tounge pierced. i think it was all the acid from the tomatoes. kinda stung, and the sucking of noodles hurt like a mother fucker. hell, eating in general hurt for a week and a half.
