yeah, well aside from the basic various situps and leg raises i do a core specific workout after legs due to the similar movements. my core ones consist of overhead squats, suitcase squats, one leg db row, and a strait arm plate raise. goodmornings are apart of my leg routine also. if it works out that im on say a chest/tri workout and its been 2 days since legs/core i will do the basics: weighted situps, twists, leg raises, weighted plank.. i guess thats about it. just seeing what others are doing for core. i can def add that oly bar roll
