Anyone get acid reflux bad from BRIDGE

I have used it before up to 5 caps ED. Using 3 caps ED now. Had Zero issues when I used it for PCT. Just using it now for a little boost.
Getting massive acid reflux the last two weeks (been on it 3 weeks). I'm not saying its the Bridge for sure just trying to eliminate variables that have occurred lately.

Not acid reflux, but I do get upset stomach and the shits the first week or two I'm on it every time. So it could be the cause.

Definitely no shits here. Odd that it gives you the shits.


I also decided to give NO-Xplode a try recently too but I cant for the life of me remember if the acid reflux started before the NOX.

I get GERD pretty bad sometimes but BRIDGE never instigated it.

The body is always in flux and there's a tendency to think that what you did just prior to something happening is the cause. Could be something els.e Could be something that happened a while ago. Could just be.

I found with all the shit, just sipping water is best. It goes away in a few minutes. And rolaids works as good as the drug shit.

Turns out it wasn't indigestion. It was actually low stomach acid. Which can have the same symptoms as too much. Being that I started taking Armour a few months ago I am still finding out about how little thyroid fluctuations having to do with being a little hypo effect my body. Especially the digestive system. Seeing some undissolved food that I have never had an issue with made it pretty obvious.

sometimes these herbs can get into your stomach and cause problems, that would be my guess.. never had this problem with bridge though.

I do have problems with spices I know that which is why I avoid spicy food especially onions and garlic. I avoid spices totally before a date I don't want to be burping
