anpb question

sorry in advance if this seems like a dumb question but I was checking out the nutrition facts of peanut butter comparing anpb to just regular pb and there really was little to no diff. at all. Am I just missing something or what. WHAT THE HELL IS THE DIFFERENCE. Thanx in advance

Something I've wondered as well. I always have a little bit before bed because I heard it's good for you.
 
hydrogenated lipid?

Possibly sugar and salt as well.

It's peanut butter... just that, nothing added :)

Did you look at the ingredients?

Look for : Just Peanuts
 
I have used both off and on and I really did not notice in difference in my diet results. I Love the Crunchy stuff. If you like the taste of both and the pricxe is comparable go Natural otherwise don't sweat the small stuff. Way too much other stuff you can not have.
 
Yea dudes, it's not made with hydrogenated oils man. And then yes, of course.. the ingredients (which is the important part of anything) is PEANUTS, and SALT.. no fucking words we can't pronounce, just simple "know where the fuck it came from" shit. Thank George Washington Carver for such a great product.
 
If your looking at just the nutritional facts you probably wont see much of a difference, maybe just more sugar in regular pb, but if you look at the ingredients there is a big difference. This is true with anything though, look at some the nutritional values for a frozen dinner it looks pretty good, well rounded, but then read the ingredients and its like holy shit you need a masters in chem to try and discern what some of those things are.

When it comes down to it .. The nutritional values really don't mean much (based on YOUR particular question). You NEED to read the ingredients my dear... on everything ... Like lacoste said "read the ingredients and its like holy shit you need a masters in chem to try and discern what some of those things are."

Speaking VERY Generically Fat Free = doesn't mean it's BETTER = things are more processed to get this designation .. look at the sodium for instance

"Low Carb" = again, doesn't mean better = look at the ingredients, sometimes often loaded with fat (sometimes not) ...

Reading the lables is MORE than checking out the nutritional values ... look at what goes INTO making the product, that is what counts ...
 
For your overall health & well-being, your body has NO NEED for hydrogenated oils....they clog your arteries and are very bad for you.....so why would you want to ingest them?? And who knows what all those chemicals do to you?? Plus all the sugar!!

ANPB = Peanuts + Salt......can't get much healthier & more natural than that....
