Been under a lot of stress lately so I was not for sure how my workouts would go. Was tired and had spent the entire day on the road before I lifted... All in all not to bad...here are the highlights...

Tire Flip
1,000 pound tire x 3 flips PR

Dbell Hammer Curls
40's x 6 x 4 sets

Incline Tate Presses
40's x 6 x 4 sets

I think that I will get 15-17 on contest day with a belt on...and if I can get my head on straight and show some intensity...

yo B what's going on??? I haven't been on in a few days, sorry man I had the MCATS and then I got blitzed all sat and sunday's hangover was legendary.... the numbers don't look bad, but what's the deal with the lack of motivation???:confused:

All in all it was pretty light and I was surprised I got what I did on the deads. I just have a lot on my mind at the moment but will be fully back into "mode" quickly.

nice work. are you feeling any better? i hope so.

as for relaxing, take some kava kava on your day off or something and go sit in a nice warm bath
