Anabolic Diet Struggle + Test Prop

Hey everyone,

I have just started the Anabolic Diet, I feel like shit.
Im going in with 165lbs.

9am:
1 cup of eggs = 120 Cals
1 1/2 polish sausage = 510 Cals
2 provolone = 200 Calories

11am:
1/2 cup of cottage cheese = 100 cals

1pm:
1 sirloin patty = 330 cals
2 provolone = 200 cals
1 turkey slice = 50 als

3pm:
7oz mozarella cheese = 560 cals

5pm:
1 sirloin patty = 330 cals
3 provolone slices = 300 cals
Healthy choice soup chicken noodle/rice = 220 or 200 calories**
Minimun carbs intake of 30grams.

9pm:
1 cup of tuna = 240 cals
3 tbsp of mayo = 270 cals

Total cals: Approx 3100 Cals, Approx 290g - 300g Protein.

I am doing 200mg of Prop every other day with HCG for 12 weeks.

I need some advice since I already started. Should I eliminate carbs completely. I had a massive headache. I dont what do you guys think of this?

My goal is to gain mass up to 190 if possible and cut off the fat. I gave this diet a try since it seemed that many people have used it and is similar to ketogenic diet...
 
i am not surprised you feel like shit and are getting headaches. your body will take a while to adjust to that type of diet.

another point i will make is that you have a lot of saturated fat in that diet. this is not good for you and will throw your choleserol sky high.

you should drop all of the processed meat products and replace with lean chicken breast or steak
to replace the fats you will lose from the processed meats add some avocados, extra virgin olive/macadamia oil etc, also throw in plenty of omega3's from fish oil with every meal(this will also help with cholesterol.

if you are pinning 200mg prop eod you could split that up and do 100mg ed

So out of that diet drop sausage, and sirloin patty and replace them with steak or chicken?
Should i replace the provolone?
 
Cut your cheese down...and only eat red meat on the first day after a carbup...or when a steak is on sale

And you will just feel like garbage the first 3 weeks or so while your body ajusts to ketosis.

After that you will feel fine in ketosis
 
I could never last more than 2 days going with this type of diet. High protein, medium carbs, low fat has done the trick for me so far. If I want to drop BF, I just lower my carbs a bit or add more cardio. Here and there I throw in a nice juicy (but lean as possible) steak and about 2x a week I have a fatty fish. Seems to work for me. Everyone's different.
