amount of leg drive on push presses?

Push presses can be great because it's almost like doing negatives on OHP with weights above what you can handle. A way to eke out some growth if you're already maxed out on OHP...

What I have been doing is my first main move up to a 1rm, then my second main to a 3 rep max.

Will that work? I can do my second to 6-10 reps if you are looking for something in particular.:)

Want to see where your form breaks down on the heavy set and see if I can pin point it on the lighter/higher rep set.
