Well it was 6-4-2 day today with my deadlifts and ohhhh what a day it was. I broke my 6, 4 and two rep records but it was not easy!!! I felt like I had been laid on in football after the last set. To say the least not all of Shades was home! Haha!

Set 3: 2@410
Oh and that completes one rotation in my BFS workout plan. Next week we start all over on all my core exercises at 3x3! It will be fun!
