AG-Guys Albuterol

I've been looking around Elitefitness for a while, and I love the community! This is my first post though... I've spent much of my time reading the wealth of information available on the forums. Anyway, I did a search on the forums but I couldn't find any information pertaining to my question - For AG-Guys L-Alb (Albuterol), it says 30ml - 4mg/ml on the bottle label. Does that mean that one full dropper would equal 1ml (4mg) of Albuterol? I know its recommended to dose Alb at 4-8mgs taken 3x a day.

For anything liquid measure with a syringe. It's 4mg per ml.
