Aerobics for regular guys

this might be sacriligious to say and i might be scolded my fellow powerlifters but im thinking of adding in 2-3 days of cardio when i not getting ready for a meet from now on. it might be riding my bike, or dragging the sled for long distance, probably not jogging lol, but i will find something to do. maybe ill join an aerobics class and be one of the guys who hangs out in the back,lol. tai-bo here i come:lmao:
 
I think that cardio is good...as long as it isn't really hard or challenging.

Don't laugh...I do that at Wal-Mart. Partly to protect my truck...and partly just so I can say that I wasn't TOTALLY lazy today...lol
