I am planning on running my second cycle by mid to late september. Im 6'3 185 pounds at about 11% bf. Im looking for lean gains but achieving the mass of approximately 200 pounds at a lower bf. I was planning on running a 15 week cycle with:
Week 1-15: EQ 400mg/week
Week 1-15: Test E 250mg/week
Week 10-15: Winstrol 50mg ED
I would like to know what kinda dieting suggestions you guys can offer to help MAXIMIZE my gains....
