adding peak to ur biceps!!!!!

supp bro's....just wondering how the hell to add peak to my biceps..right now i have really good size bi's..around 19 inches or so and there really full but i just cant seem to get that added high peak to them..my bi's are growing but they just keep getting more and more thick and full...anyone know how to raise the peak on ur bi's please help....~~aaron

Some people feel that a bicep peek is really the brachialis muscle being more fully developed, thus making it's apperance more prevelant.

The other factor is bodyfat. If you are not lean, you will not see any seperation or distinct muscle characteristics.
 
I have heard it said that "double high pulley cable curls" on the cable crossover will give you nice, proud peaks . . . I like the exersize . . . does it give you peaks ? (a little voice in my head says "that's scientifically impossible, mulder" "dammit Scully the truth is out there . . .")

What you do is this: tie the cables around your feet so you're hanging in the air. Then get a partner to put the smith machine underneath you your head rests on it (this position puts the bicep peak in a pre-contracted position allowing for max cross-bridge peak myofibrils). Then you extend your arms as far back as you can, and then you curl using your wrist first while simutaneuosly extending you leg and curling your bicep and contracting your abs then you lower the upper arm and rotate the wrist for maximal supination.

I used this exercise to add 2" to my peak...and I think Arnold did it before as well.
 
Unfortunately (or fortunately...depending upon your parents) bicep peak is genetic. You cannot train for it, regardless of what the muscle mags say. "Peak" refers to bicep shape. Individual muscle shape is, was, and always will be unchangeable.

Just conitue to pack on the mass and you will appear to have improved peaks as your bi's grow.
