about my workout routine...

hey so I thought I post my workout here and let you guys comment and or fix the plan if needed. any help much appreciated.

Day 1 chest and triceps:
4x12 dumbbell press
3x12 incline dumbbell press
3x12 dumbbell flies
3x12 tricep pushdown w/ vbar
3x12 tricep overhead extension with rope

Day 2 legs:
5x10 squats
4x12 leg press
3x12 leg curls
3x12 leg extension

Day 3 shoulders and abs
4x12 dumbbell shoulder press
3x12 dumbbell side lateral raise
3x12 dumbbell shrugs
4x15 decline crunch

Day 4 back and biceps:
5x10 deadlift
3x12 lat pulldown
3x12 seated cable rows
6x12 ez-bar curls

Exercise is very important to improve health and fitness. Go for running, walking at least 30 to 45 minutes in a day. Practice push ups, bench press, chair squats, cable stretching and band resistance. It make strong bones and muscles, boost energy, improve physical performance, improve heart functions and mental health and give you fit body.
