Hi everyone, hope all is good. Anyway, Im by no means FAT, but i have chub around my stomach and it bothers the hell out of me... Can anyone out there give me some good workout routines to help form a nice six pack? thank you!! :)

DIET, DIET, DIET


No amount of crunches will take off the fat over the ab muscle.

Well...two part answer. If you want abs, that is mostly a matter of diet and lots of cardio (unless you have the right genetics...don't feel bad, I don't either.) Unfortunately, you really can't spot train an area like that...your body will lose the fat from where ever it wants in the order that it wants to...and the abs are usually one of the last places you will lose the fat. For that reason, you will probably want to concern yourself more with your body fat percentage. There are some great posts in this forum that can explain all of this much better than I likely can.

The actual workout part of the equation plays a much smaller role than diet, but that doesn't mean it's not still needed.

If you want diet advice, this is the place. If you want training and routines, then you should ask those in the training forum.
