A more perfect Peanut Butter??

Have you guys been to Raley's? They have a machine that crushes the peanuts into butter. It tastes crazy good, especially when its warm.

I just bought some of the Naturally More peanut butter-- it tastes great! But it is REALLY thick. I needed a glass of milk just to wash down a piece of toast with 2 tbsp of that on it.

I added in the peanut butter to my diet as I needed some (relatively) health fats...that, and flax oil.

For sure, Naturally More tastes way better than any soy butter or almond butter I've tried. (I have 3 daughters with food allergies, so I've tried many peanut butter replacements.)

It IS thick. That's for sure. But that said I think it does have a good taste and the added protein is a bonus. It mixes well in protein shakes! They also have an almond butter but I haven't tried it.

Looks much better than skippy :) I prefer to go for all natural Almond butter...pricey..but Costco actually has the large jar for under $5 !!

So I picked up a tub of this last night.

Naturally More - What Peanut Butter Should Be

Haven't gotten to try it yet but I was intrigued enough to give it a shot. Same price as Smart Balance so I figured it was worth a shot. I think I've tried every brand on earth up to this point.

Anybody else try this yet? What's your favorite?

I have it every day and love it. The best I have tried so far. GNC sells one type (forget the name)that I haven't tried yet, but it is expensive.

I use the organic version of this product sometimes when I want to use a cheaper alternative to almond butter. I think calling the organic version a "more perfect" peanut butter is a fair characterization. It has a pretty fair shot of Omega 3's (EPA/DHA & ALA) of which most diets are deficient, and it's gluten free.

I wouldn't count it as a protein in our anabolic diets as there are far better proteins in terms of animo profile and digestibility, but it's a great source of wholesome calories for bulking. And of course there's the Omega 3's.

I like adams crunchy but ill check out that brand next time im at the store... Also other pb branfs may have the same or close macros as anpb but like mentioned in a previous post its the added crap like hydronated oil that ruins it.... Anyways i like the taste of anpb so ya
