So, the age old question....
...how much water SHOULD I be drinking?
Like anyone fitness-conscious, I try drinking as much as I can; I drink it before I train, while I train, after I train. But I don't really monitor how much I intake.
I'm thinking about going back onto creatine, and I realize water is a huge issue with that. I may have run into some problems (muscle pulls) last time due to under-hydration.
SO my question is, how much should one drink? Is there a formula of ounces-per-pound, or mL/Kg? I know "they" say 64oz daily, but we also know that "they" do not do squats or train in martial arts.
