A Little Diet Help or Suggestions Please..

So I am trying to gain lean mass right now...Just started my cycle 1 week ago. I am 5'7 150lbs and just got my bodyfat tested (8%)..I am training 6 days a week and am going to lay out my diet...any suggestion or revisions would be greatly appreciated..i will also lay out my cycle.....

Cycle
Sust 500/week..weeks 1-16
EQ 600/week..weeks 1-16
Dbol 30mg/day..weeks 1-4
Winstrol 75mg/day weeks 10-16
HCG 500iu's E5D through out cycle
AND LOTS OF P.C.T READY

Diet

8AM : 4 Eggs, 2 Cups Oatmeal
10AM 2 Packs tuna, 1/4 bag of 90sec rice..brown or pilaf
1pm Same as 10AM or Oatmeal instead of rice 1-2 packets
2-3pm...work out
3:15-3:30 1 8oz chicken breast, 1/4 bag of rice
5:30 1 pack of tuna, one muscle milk protien drink, 1/4 bag of rice...
7:30 1 piece of pork, baby greens salad with cheese and light balsamic
9:30pm...just a 8oz piece of chicken, or 1 piece or pork chop, or 2 packs tuna
All my food is cooked on the foreman grille at work and no marinades really added....

I would really like to put on 10-15lbs and get my body fat down to 4-6% with some SICK abs....ANY HELP OR CRITICISM IS APPRECIATED
 
Maybe add another couple of musclemilk shakes through out the day. I think they are like 60g of protein per 2 scoops and pretty high calorie since you are trying to gain muscle.

You may want to add down the road morning cardio on an empty stomach to help bring out those abs.

That was what I was thinking...morning cardio on a empty stomach ...but I didnt know if I should wait till a little later like weeks 10-16 so i dont burn up the calories I am consuming to grow....

Really 60g in two scoops? My huge tub of muscle milk says 4 scoops per serving but says nowhere how much protein per scoop or serving. Doesn't say cal amounts either

2 Scoops of Muscle Milk is 32g of protien
in water its 350 calories (160 from fat), in low fat milk its 640cals (250 from fat)...12 grams of carbs......
