My company is undergoing some growth and changes. So that has taken up alot of my time

yes, self imposed. there is no one i want in my bed, well maybe one person.
but for me it really takes a certain connection/attraction to get me to want someone enough to sleep with them. I'll add I have not been putting myself "out there" either.
