7 Weeks to a Shredded ME!...

Captains of Crush Grips #1 and #2 came today!

#1 closed
#2 1/3 closed, lol.

WOOHOO... oh and i'm pretty much TOTALY right hand dominate... my left grip come to find out blows, i can't close the #1 with left grip:(

oh well... this will help training with pulling lifts big time in the future... glad i can't ditch the cheap olympia sports grips now though!

Gym Time.. Chest, Delts...
 
haha I cant wait to get my 2 ad 3. I heard the 2 is about the same as the 250...you will get it but it takes time. The funny thing is its the last 1/4 inch thats the hardest. You like em though? Lmao keep em where you can see em. Its hard for me to walk by them without giving one a shot.

hahahaha, i know what u mean... i just got back from liftin' and I grab the one and squeeze it a few times... WTF! lol

i don't like how the tips of my fingers and the knuckle right below them are getting rough from the knurling on the grips though.... oh well.

Delts went AWESOME tonight!
Chest went ok... felt pain IN my rotator.
Incline DB Presses 4 sets up to 75's and my shoulder and left elbow gave out... argh!... so went straight to delt workout.
Seated Military DB Presses 4 sets
side lateral raises 2 sets
Cable 'crossover' the body side lateral raises 2 sets
Power Cleans up to 185x4
- changed outa my pants cuz it's hot as hell today and busted out the muscle tank "Y" back, cuz i felt good and pumped... dieting sucks but the reward is FUCKING AWESOME!
Upright Rows 2 sets (eh... not a big fan, but felt like doing some)
went back for more chest figured
my rotator had a little break..
Flat DB Presses 2 sets, felt nice... but chest will be worked again in a couple days for sure.... maybe no more incline DB presses, fuggin' rotator (i do a few rotator cuff exercises too... helps a bit).

I think that's it... BOOOO i'm in a funk today, just blah.

Time to eat again though!!

Sorry about the funk sweetie but stay in the positive.. just look in the mirror Sarge ... look at them abs! Your waist in shrinking, the handles disappearing! Those Traps, bi's, and the separation starting in the quads...You already know you were blessed with a beautiful back, lawd only know how good it looks in that T back ... :rolleyes: ... you are really transforming your body and should be hella proud of yourself...

The path to success is bumpy, but there are smooth roads ahead for you, I know it :rose:

I'm going to have to attend them ;) and check it out... I've never been to a BB show!
 
dude its kinda wierd. But I have never had shoulder idscomfort whats so ever. Sure nough today....felt funny after lifts but fine when lifting. I wont know until a wrkout was that good until 1-3 days after. sometimes I think I have destroyed a group and then nothing. Other times I feel that i didnt do anything and Im sore as shit for a week. Just cause you felt blah doesnt nesicarly mean it was.
