Another sick sprint workout in the road and driveway.

and up the huge hill near by...

25 minutes of sprint workouts.

No weights tonight... cooking up a bunch of meats for the rest of the week now... mmmmm Mrs. Dash is AWESOME!!!!

I'm hoping doing them 3 - 4 times a week it'll definetly have a positive impact on my physique... we will see in what ways exactly.

Already noticing my quads poping a little more.. i see hints of that "pointer" middle muscle on the quad (don't feel like looking it up) coming through.

YUP... FOOOOOOD TIME! :D
 
Morning sprints I think helped me more then anything. But they are real hard to get up and do on the days you can sleep in.

Damn food prep and cooking took longer than expected... lot's-o-batches of chicken... some lean steak too :D

portioned out my brocolli heads in baggies.
