Spring forward blows... had a restless mind last night too

5.5 hours of sleep which is unheard of for me... but gotta work... I'll make up for it with nutrition (for recovery)

my ASS (Glutes) is (are) killing me!!! DAAAAYYYYUM...weighted step ups kicked my ass... didn't think I'd be sore this morning but I sure am.
