last set was holding 100's for 4 reps I think.
Standing calve raises last set was 440 for 8 reps.
Lunges holding 55's.
Seated Calve: up to 4 plates for 10 i think
Light implies no leg sled or squat I guess, lol. It was good, my punishment for excess calories last night.
