quick update:
Legs tonight (again) ... wow, what's going on here?! lol.
Cardio 5 minutes.
Seated Calves topped out with 5 plates with 5's inbetween for "safety" lol.
Standing did a few sets.
Smith Squat 3 sets. 135, 185, 225
DB Squat 80's, 90's, 100's
Cardio for 15 minutes.
Sweated my ass off... good workout. Didn't want to dive into upperbody yet cuz my chest is still healing from friday and delts are first up this week... probably hitting them tomorrow or wednesday... may take tomorrow as an "off" day.
Intake was pretty on point... slacked with fitday today... i'll post log foods tomorrow.
Placed another monster order with AnaFit tonight... back on board completly, finishing up the YES bottle I have then crackin' a new one when it gets here!
