End time: 8:50pm ... not bad.
I forgot to do some squats at the end... since this time was my sled trial run and it went well... blah, i was sweaty and needed to eat
Feeling DAMN good... my knee was perfect... zero aggrevation! ... happy bout dat right thur! ... IBpro is my friend though... pre and post medication.

may I? do your squats PRIOR to any isoloated movements: before calves, curls, ext, etc.
You wanna do big compound movements first then work your way down the ladder of isolation. Reasoning: it takes all the stability you can muster to do the big movements, and pre-exhausting the whole bushel FIRST is counter productive....
