7 Weeks to a Shredded ME!...

some updating:

I ate a HYYYYYYYUGE calzone last night... :chomp:

made from a 16" pizza template... folded over... spinich, chesse, sauce, 'roni :)

it was grand.

I factored it in... so it worked out pretty well :verygood:

Yesterday =

Total: 4011
Fat: 167 1503 39%
Sat: 66 595 15%
Poly: 25 222 6%
Mono: 61 548 14%
Carbs: 292 1053 27%
Fiber: 29 0 0%
Protein: 329 1317 34%
Alcohol: 0 0 0%

Cooked last night too... no workout... tonight = Back Blaster volume 10,000

Had blood (a few tablespoons) taken this am in a "fasted state"... :evil: meal 1 = 11:00am

Good stuff! Easier on the back compared to what though? I haven't tried much else... yet.
Regular crunches or weighted crunches... I have a disc that's cracked in my back and it locks up when I do anything but cable stuff!

ok...back day... compound lifts first... DL worked up to 405.

the bastard didn't wanna lock out... i felt like an idiot trying to get it to lock out... no idea how long it took, lol... too long. Thank heyzues I had my damn belt on :rolleyes: ... Supposed to be diggin' some holes tomorrow, madatory weight belt wearing for that.

... post up my routine tomorrow maybe if i get around to it :)

Food was pretty on point today though :D

ended with a big juicy 1/2 pound cheddar burger with bacon... yup and the huge tasty fries too (T-bones)... with a Sam. Summer Ale (just ONE!) :verygood:

*thinking again... why is it that when I do most of my isolation exercises I can do my compound movements so much easier?... warmed up probably... but even after a pretty exhausting workout I like it backwards... :rolleyes: I'd odd.*

{Had not done them for 2.5 weeks... went up to 355lbs that week... i've hit 405lbs very nicely before... yesterday, shouldn't have done it.. wasn't feeling it, not pumped up for it mentally ... and went for it anyway.}
Lat Pull Downs; 100x8, 110x8, 120x8
Low Cable Rope Row: 80x8, 100x8, 110x8
DB Shrugs: 80s for 8, 90s for 10, 110s for 8
Delt Cable BTB Lateral Raises: 25x9, 30x8, 30x8
"Leverage" thingy High Pull "Machine": 4 45's for 8, previous + 2 25's for 7
1 Arm Cable Low Row: 50x8, 60x8, 70x6
Hammers: 25s for 8, 30s for 8
Rev. BB Curl: 30 then 35 ... didn't write it down, no idea... probably in the 6-10 range

End Time: 7:35pm

Today's Workout

Dug up the earth and replaced with some pressurized wood, sand, and a steel pole... 1 Horseshoe pit complete... next ... tomorrow :D

oh.... carried about 8 - 50lb bags of sand a good distance... for one of the trips I was loaded up with 2 bags per shoulder, lol... didn't do that again, damn.

... THHHHEEENN... 8 minute jump rope session: 2 leg jumpin' alternating with 1 leg hoppin' (not sure how else to explain it without :rainbow:ness... can-can-esk? lol) quality cardio... and calve work :)

Food was pretty good today I think :coffee:
