Cardio.
Diet.
M1- 1 can tuna + 1 tbsp. mayo + 16 oz. orange juice
M2-
Pain/Soreness.
Pecs are still aching pretty badly. Triceps and delts are still sore also. My back doesnt feel too bad like it did yesterday though.. I think my serratus are also very sore which in turn feels like my lats. My rotator cuffs are also pretty sore.
Sleep.
Around 8 hours sleep last night. Slept pretty well- woke up once to use the bathroom.
Supplements.
Good multi-vitamin 2x today, 1g vitamin C 3x today. Stack of one Adipokinetix, one Biotest T2, 15 mg. ephedra, 200 mg. caffeine 3x today. Finally GNC's Sleep Formula 30 minutes before bed.
Training. Quads, Hamstrings, Calves, Abs.
