Leg press super set calf press
3 plates x side x 30 clean reps
3 plates x side x 30 clean reps
5 pâtés x side x 20 quick pause x 10 quick pause x 8 ( rape )
7 plates x side x 8
I did calf raises after every press set until failure
Laying hammy curls
120x 30 x 20 x 15 ( 30 sex pause between sets)
Let extentions
Can't remember weight.. Was in the mid 200s... 3 sets of 15 or so
Barbell 1 leg lunges.( weighted split squats )
95 x 15x15x15 ( rape )
Crunched a few abs with wife and stretched some
This was a gruelling workout I hardly stopped... I have eaten huge today weight is up a few pounds and muscles look much fuller
Feeling great .. Probably going to eat some more PB here
still hungry!
