Sick workout
Today I put all the recent stress and bs aside and fucking killed it/ felt so good .
20 min bike intense sprints
Clean and press . 95x20x20
115x15x15
135x12x10 ( this made me sweat)
Side lateral raises. 10xmanyxmany
20x15x15(20 sec rests between sets)
25x12x10
Rear delt flys
25x12x10x8x8 ( quick rests between sets)
Cable cross overs
25/cable high pully x12x12x12
Mid pully 20x12x12
Dumbell shrugs
75x15x15 drop set 50x15 35x15
Wasn't ready to quit yet hell no on to chest!!
Incline hammer strength pressing machine
3 plates /side x 12reps
4platea /side x 8 x6x6x4 ( wow felt strong on these !!!!)
Cable flys
30x12x12x12 ( mid-high pully)
Dipping machine 3 sets with a few pkates /side don't completely recall.
Tricep rope press downs
Couple sets to failure
Abs
10 min treadmill sprints
This was an absolutely sick workout for me and I needed this. Split for good with gf but you know what that's ok I think it's for the best in the long run. Too much stressing about work/ being home / no time for myself. Time to move on . Another shitty thing is my co worker was sniffed out by the drug dogs today at work .. Apparently he had thc and he has been fired. This sucks bigtime . He was my bud too bad the dummy was blazing up. Time to get back to killing it daily.
Weight back up to 191. Looks like my booze binder did some damage. I shall prevail I ate 5 k calories today and felt very well/ healthy/ strong.
