2nd cycle, winny only, then test/winny critique/help

ok so peole have told me to do test only for my 2nd cycle so i'm going to....
i'm going to be running either
500mg sust250 e/w (e3d inj) for 10 weeks

running either aromasin or adex throughout cycle, and IF i can get aromasin i will run that right through PCT

my question about the winny

i have enough to run 7 weeks at 50mg a day so here's my question.....

i am approximately 10% bf and would like to start my cycle at around 7-8%, so i was going to take winny only (50mg e/d) for 3 weeks on a calorie deficit diet for some anti catabolic effect...just to minimize muscle loss during these 3 weeks....then start the sust....for 10 weeks and run the winny for 4 weeks at the end as a bridge to my pct to harden up the muscle gained....
if i decide to go with Test C, i may kickstart with Prop so i can get test in me after the 3 weeks of winny.

1st cycle was tbol only 60mg e/d, got amazing gains and rediculously strong

age 21
height 5' 10" 185
goals mostly cosmetic, some strenght, not to concerned with size

current diet approx 3000 cals a day, 250grms of protein

diet for 3 weeks of winny 2000 cals a day, 250-300grms of protein

diet for 10 weeks of test 3500-4000cals a day, 300-350grms of protein



I would appreciate any reply....thanks a lot

i would suggest you do some more research before you jump on another cycle. However, we both know that isn't going to happen..

I am confused as to what it is you actually want to do here? Cut or bulk?

IF cutting.... Just take 250-500 mg of test a week and finish w/ 4 weeks of Wini... Diet and lots of cardio.... Forget taking the adex all the way through... only use if you need to use it.

The 3 wks of this and 3 wks of that is... well, not the way to do things m8t.

again, I really suggest you do some more research before you do something you'll regret for life!!

i want to diet for 3 weeks using winny 50mg a day so i don't lose any muscle (iv'e done oral only before and it worked out great)
then at the end of that 3 weeks start a lean bulker...using sustanon and aromasin throughout to prevent estrogenic effects which i will most likely get, since i have higher estrogen naturally to begin with

so it would be
week 1-3 winny 50mg a day
week 4-14 sust250 500mg week
week 14-17 winny 50mg week
week 18 start PCT

i don't understand why your chripin my research? i've researched a lot? and what do you mean "we both know this isn't going to happend" how do we both know that?
i was just looking for some sound advice based on the fact that winny is a decent anti catabolic, and i'm not looking to "cut" just to lose some bf% right before i start my lean bulker....i can't use clen, so i wanted to use something to prevent muscle loss while doing this...and since i'd probably be mildly shut down, why not just start the test?

why would i regret this cycle for the rest of my life??
i thought the winny would help me hold muscle while losing fat for a few weeks....and also increase my stamina so i could do some more cardio

Two scientific and in turn ineffective. You can cut during a lean bulk - the test will burn fat brother. Just start with test and in the last 4 weeks throw the winny in. Don't bridge with winny, coming off the test you will feel horrible because you will be shutdown and winny won't provide the androgens you need. You can active recover on winny if you throw in something like proviron though.

i'm going to do a test only for my first lean bulk

but seeing is how it's summer and when bulking i prefer to eat alot, i'm thinking of just doing a quick winny only before summer while i restrict calories to keep my hard earned muscle...not expecting any gains...just keeping my muscle and i'll do the test after summer when i can hide some fat under clothes lol

is this acceptable seeing how i've had great results with an oral cycle only? i can deal with being shut down for 4 weeks only....and it would be supper cheap

dude stop being so defensive he is trying to help you. When he said 'we both know this isnt going to happen" he was making the point that most of the time when you tell one of the younger members on the board to do more research and wait they are more likely to just go and start anyway.

You shouldnt just use your winny simply because you want to make use of it because you have 7 weeks of it.

I think Ezekeil has a point as your cycle is a little bit strange to me, i think he is just trying to make the point that most people if they dont want to lose gains will do a low dose of test + good diet + cardio. I dont know how necessary the 1 - 3 of winny is at the beginning. save it for another cycle perhaps.

lean bulker? are you trying to bulk or cut? Im also confused.
 
thanks for your input, but like i said, i'm just going do do a quick 4-6 week cutter with winny only for summer just to keep anti-catabolic during my diet, i'll do my test only cycle after summer when i can use it to bulk

most aas will help keep my muscle and i could use test since it is mostly diet dependent i know this...and i've had great results from oral only cycles in the past....tbol only for just over 4 weeks got me from 170 to 194 and my bench from 275 2x's to 315 4x's and i kept everything.....i would do tbol again but it's 3x's more expensive....so for the cost of running a winny only cycle i deffinately think it's worth giving it a go

plus i will know how 2 good orals work with my body already so in the future if i do a tbol kickstart, test, and winny bridge for a 12 weeker....i won't have to worry about guessing which aas is doing what....and they both stack very well with test since they effect shbg and allow more free bound test
