You can take a walk a couple of times per week but thats it man!
If you do cardio at your current size your gonna negate mass build up and thats not what we want right now.
Hey bro would also love to see a food log in here. There are a lot of em online that you can use for free. The only part thats a PIA is getting them set up with your fav foods. But you only need to do it once then just keep adding on.
Actually I need for you to be getting all the rest that you can. As I remember you said that you have a fast metab anyway. So for cardio is out my frnd.
With a clean diet it should not be an issue for us on this program for the first 25 weeks.
