Ahhh they were ALL healthy too ;)
actually the nutrition breakdown was:
230 cal
2.33 g fat
25 g carbs
29 g protien

I just find healthy ways to alter almost any recipe I come across :p

Had a client early today so breakfast had to be fast.

Veggie Greens + 1oz goji splash + 5g glutamine

Meal 1
1 scoop whey

20 minutes cardio

Meal 2
1/2 casein, 1/2 whey

Meal 3
Lean body bar

Meal 4
3 oz turkey
1 tbsp coconut oil
1C broccoli

Meal 5
oatmeal blueberry muffin

Meal 6
1 C milk
syntha-6 *I think this is the better tasting protein I have ever had, I feel guilty having it it tastes so good :p*
 
Hey twinny.. what you doing these days for cardio? I thought of you today when I was sprinting .. you and your 30 sec jog, 30 sec sprints till you fall over... making me look bad :heart:

Right now I'm doing 30 sec all out, 1 second slow pace on the elliptical, I haven't been doing cardio, so my endurance right now sucks bad, lol

2 fish oil

The only stinker w/ juicers is that you can't store the juice for very long -- you have to do it right there & then chug it almost. Which makes it hard when you have a full day at work... :(

But they are awesome. Its amazing what you can shove in there.
